I always think of Bowser to be a bit tubby. I mean, he says he puts on weight in PM: TTYD, and Kammy calls him "Your chubbyness..." at times, so....

Oh yeah. You should be proud of the details. Indeed; shiny shell!

I dunno, it's just he looks so different from usual. You could probably do this with a pencil, though.
