I will say here that i'm mightly proud of this one.Drawn without a reference picture and only a vague idea from of TimeLord garb from DW episodes watched months and months ago, I decided to draw and embelish the Presidential Gown.
Concept style, I decided that for timelord purposes the modern robes are derived from this design first worn by Rassilon.
I tried for ages to scan, photograph (4 and 12 megapixel) to try and get the detail, but couldn't, so i gave up. I just find it hard to belive i had the patience to draw as much detail as what can not be seen in this pic.
Presedential details for curious:
Basic gown, white in colour with headpeice
The Sash of Rassilon
The Staff (sometimes as The Key)
The Circlet (connects to the apc net)
Ring of Immortality on left hand
I just mixed all the details they threw at us in 'Invasion of Time' 'The Deadly Assasin' 'The Five Doctors' and Lungbarrow

This is amazing. I can easily see Rassilon wearing this, though after seeing The Five Doctors, I can't imagine him without a mustache.
Only thing I would have liked to see on this would be the Great Key either in the left hand or attached to the circlet.

I have been following an unexpectedly long list of random names used here on this website. I have seen your comments and totally agree. Many names are wasted. Anyway, this is a wild picture! I love Doctor Who. I like your version of Rassilon. well done.

Thanks for the favs! and for the lovely words. ....I spose u could say its a version of obsessive compulsive, I love pulling apart constructions, and characters the historyical background to all the timelords is a great motive as well.
