Description
So I knew I had to reference dragons somehow with Red Robin since his name is Tim Drake. But a western dragon was too batlike for some still called Robin. I I figured I need to use some sort of feathered serpent. I'm not sure how much it came though since the wings were basically the Red Robin wings he had anyway.
I was going to go more Aztec as a nod to his parents being archeologists but I wanted a more recognisable armor. So I went with an eastern dragon as a type of reference and gave him Samurai armor.
Do I personally head-cannon Tim as being Asian American? Probably no.
Do I totally think he had a weaboo phase? Definatly yes.
Still cheating with the chainmail but I tried to do a scaled pattern on the skin.
I wanted him to be pale but unfortunately pale red is just pink.
