These guys have been designed since SEPTEMBER. It's taken me this disgustingly long to finish them and post them, and these aren't even final.Anyway, they're supposed to be version counterparts- Chromicane and Drizzlil for Chrome version, and Torandevil and Twisterbu for Amber version. Based on two different forms of weather- hurricanes and sandstorms, which corresponds to their abilities.
Based Chromicane (Chroma (color) + Hurricane) on a standard puffy cloud and rainbow that follows a storm. Drizzlil (Drizzle + Lil') is based on a basic little shower, nothing special.
Twisterub (Twister + Cherub) is supposed to be like an imp with it's lower torso surrounded in a small dust storm (duh). Tornadevil (Tornado + Devil) is fully engulfed in a tornado after it's binds break (the metal ring). They're supposed to be literal 'dust devils'.

Drizzlil has potential to be a really nice fakemon. It's evolution is a neat idea but needs ether change or refinement. I could also see them being flying / ghost types with a water affinity ability that gives them a water "same type bonus" to attacks.

However I prefer the Chromicane line. I think they look like pokemon a lot. As for Tornadevil's line, not so much. But the idea of using tornadoes is a great one!
