History- After his adventures through Kanto and the Ohana Islands, Tyson has taken a select few of his Pokemon to the Dream Labs in order to further their strengths and skills. Recently he has become much harder to get along with and has socialized with 'the wrong crowd' a few too many times. He wears his most prized badge, his Volcanobadge, on his jacket.

Tyson's most powerful Pokemon of all. His strength and rage is unmatched and he will stop at nothing to devour his opponent. A loose cannon if ever there was one, Rextinction lacks the actual training of most of Tyson's Pokemon, and acts as though he were as wild as he would have been 100 million years ago.

Tyson's starter Pokemon, Goanna was his star battler until Tyson's return to Cinnabar, where he was essentially put on the sidelines and only ever brought into battle when he has a clear advantage. In recent years, Goanna has increased in strength and his temper has begun to heat up. He is among Tyson's strongest and most ferocious Pokemon in battle, and never gives ground, even when at a disadvantage. During particularly intense battles, Goanna has a habit of setting his entire body on fire.

Gender- Male
Ability- Sturdy
Moves- Metal Burst, Bulldoze, Stealth Rock, Roar
Another Pokemon revived from a fossil that Tyson received, Castleface is an immovable wall that Tyson sends into battle whenever he needs to outlast an opponent. Castleface is typically easy-going, and has endurance unmatched among Tyson's team of Pokemon.
