This is Chip Outlet, my new Robots 2005 OC. They're 15, they're genderfluid (he/she/they) and they're a panromantic asexual. She's a member of the Rusties, being taken in before Crank Casey, Lugnut and Diesel Springer.

Backstory:
His parents kicked him out of the house at 13 years old (2 years before Rodney came to the big city) as they had a strong belief in "leaving the nest early". A few days after, Chip had a narrow escape from a Sweeper and hid in an alleyway, where Fender and Piper Pinwheeler found him and took him to the boarding house, where Aunt Fanny took him in as one of her own.

Likes and Dislikes:
They like cats, ducks, music, autumn and hanging out with Piper (they have the strongest friendship bond with her). She hates summer, thunderstorms, heights, getting yelled at and being put under pressure.

Personality/Quirks:
He's timid when he encounters strangers; it takes a few days to get acquainted with one who wants to be friends with him. Should they get too mad their screen starts glitching and they blow a fuse, causing a screen blackout, temporarily removing vision. Being an outmode, this means that the rest of the gang have to try their best to rewire them and turn their screen back on. In terms of height, she's pretty small, being taller than Aunt Fanny and just shorter than Diesel. He has a decent singing voice and occasionally sings in front of the other Rusties, but hates singing in front of large groups of robots.
