Cut ManA timber felling robot,the first robot master created by Dr Light,his rolling cutters are made out of ceramic titanium and can cut almost anything.He was reprogrammed by Wily and used to attack Monsteropolis.He was stationed in a warehouse filled with old robot parts.After Mega Man defeated him and his brothers they returned to Dr Light and were repaired and reprogrammed,now serving his true purpose
