Wow, that is some incredible sprite work.
It's stuff like this which makes me a little disappointed MM4-6 never got the Wily Wars treatment that MM1-3 received. Don't care what anyone says, I would've loved a Wily Wars 2... totally could've used the Complete Works soundtrack too, that would've been amazing.

At first i tried to do the same you did,just make them bigger but they ended up looking pretty damn ugly
So i just based him on Quick Man
