Roger Delgado. He designed a more realistic-looking, yet still recognizable version of Godzilla for the American movie back when it was to come out in '94.

Don't be, Emmerich admitted that he didn't like Godzilla at all and that he only did the movie because he was told he could do whatever he wanted. Toho should have told TriStar to find someone better.
