NOW we come to the fun part.
Game fanart.
Double post from secondary account (lol, yeah, I do have a second account here o3o)
A long while back (beginning of 2009) I wanted to draw some more humans, practice coloring and stuff. So I decided to redraw some concepts and promotional artwork from games.
This is promotional artwork from "Assassin's Creed". The original is a 3D render. I sketched it using the grid method and later colored it in PS picking the colors from the original.
No tutorials used. Only the paintbrush in PS CS3 to create an image as close to the original as possible. Some textured brushes from PS used for the skin and one texture (my own one) used to add extra effect to the clothes.

yes it is, the only thing that annoys me is the flags, i moved my save to my MU since i couldn't find the last flag in the kingdom, then started a new game and followed some videos online EXACTLY and im still stuck with 99/100 after 5 hours of watching videos

Even though I found a website who made detailed maps with every flag there is.

yeah, the videos were a dude that collected them in one playthrough per video and i followed it EXACTLY i mean i would watch the vid for a few secs then do the same thing on my game, again and again

btw: Something I wanted to ask you sometime now, I fail so hard at drawing backlegs (still), do you have some tips for me? Or a sketch how you work? Anything? I tried every tutorial on dA I could find and I still srew them up.

I actually still have alot of trouble with backlegs too :c
The best advice I can give you, is to look at real life photos of canines and stuff. It's the best way to learn the anatomy and whatnot.

Why don't you trace over some photos for practice? xD
Don't submit them or anything, because it wouldn't be right..but you know, just trace over a few photos to get the feel of how to draw them

I could try it. Damn, I am just so stuck with anthro anatomy. I hardly drew quadruped animals before. Since I started drawing I only drew anthros.

X'D There isn't much on on it.
It took a long while. I only used a small paint brush using a crosshatch technique to simulate the clothe texture.
I will later submit the other fanarts I have there.
AC is one of my favorite games.
