Formerly know as Onix. I wanted to wait and draw a different reference for her where you can see her from more of a 3/4 view, but I got too eager to share her new reference sheet after seeing some of my favorite artists like crimson-nemesis and mecha-vision post recently ;v;
This old girl of mine is still a work in progress, but I have a WIP ref and bio outlay for her. For some context, she's not Cybertronian- she's from a..sort of sub-Cybertronian species I created, on a planet called Sangteria. Here's her bio outlay:
-Lives on Sangteria
-Less than one stellar cycle before the mature Sangterian age(basically the human version of 18 y/o), Sirma(Scourgewing's original name) experiences destruction of home world caused by a plague and partial raid of "evil Junkions", who appear to be friendly but have come to spread a plague of their own creation and wipe out the population, and try to steal Sangterian technology
-Sirma and seven other Sangterians survive, and because the Junkions end up being unable to use the technology, they capture the remaining Sangterians and take them back to their little rogue station in space
-The Sangterian survivors live horribly in the station like prisoners and test subjects for a little over five stellar cycles, being tested and studied, forced to fight themselves and other species
-Sirma proves to be the strongest of them, as she is the only one to survive the tests and all of her battles
-After another stellar cycle, Sirma attempts to make her escape, but fails
-The Junkions try to break her and use her, but her strength is unyielding, so they foolishly plan to sell her on the black market instead
-The Junkions "clamp" her voice box to keep her from speaking, force her to transform, and lock her in her alt. mode. They sell her on the black market as a "strange and powerful beast"
-Cybertronian black market members are the most interested and buy her as soon as possible, then sell her to the Pits of Kaon to be used as a beast for the Gladiators to fight
-Sirma proves to be more terrifying and stronger than she looks. She doesn't want to fight or kill anyone, but she does so in order to survive. She fights like this for about three stellar cycles, and over time starts to become more violent and primitive due to being unable to speak and being forced to act so violently
-Over time, since no one knows her name, the Gladiators give this "beast" the name Scourgewing; not only were her dragon wings rather large, but she also used them often in combat, and the 'scourge' part of her name was inspired by the fact that she caused a lot of pain and suffering, and usually her executions to finish off her opponents were excruciating.
-Scourgewing becomes a fan-favorite, and has won the crowd over so much, that even when she loses fights, the higher-ups of the Pits deny the winning Gladiator from executing her. And if Scourgewing is about to kill one of the more beloved and popular Gladiators, the higher-ups have her stunned and put into a temporary stasis(when Megatron fought her for the first time, this happened; it was a pretty even fight, so they were prevented from killing each other - the match was considered a sort of "draw”)
-While the medics are repairing Scourgewing's severe wounds after her fight with Megatron, they discover that her vocal processors are clamped, and that she has a locked T-cog. With permission from the bewildered higher-ups, the medics unlock her t-cog and un-clamp her vocal processors after repairs are done. In the middle of stasis, she transforms back into her robot mode after all those stellar cycles.
-The higher-ups are startled but pleased, and turn her into a Gladiator rather than a beast; they now have a proper fighter and a monster of a femme as one of their champions. Despite their curiosity of her origins, they keep her for themselves rather than letting some scientist cut her open and study her.
-Scourgewing quickly works her way up the ranks, her highest position changing within the top 5 Champions
-Megatron takes notice and is very intrigued, mostly gets to know her and the two become respective friends; when the two are matched up to combat one another, executions are not an option. Both will always walk away alive, but also badly damaged. Majority of the crowd loves this, and the higher-ups thrive off of their popularity.
-Now that she can speak and such again, a good amount of her sanity has returned; during this time she struggles sometimes to normally speak or interact, but she slowly grows back into normal interactions. She isn't just a mindless beast anymore.
-Some time later, after Megatron leaves to participate in politics, Scourgewing climbs up the ranks again and comes close to dominating the arena, but not quite. Sometimes, in the arena, Scourgewing would experience horrible flashbacks and almost-PTSD-like symptoms that would cause her to lash out and become more violent and dangerous.
-Scourgewing remained in the arena until the war began; at first she wanted to be unaffiliated, but when the Decepticons and Autobot factions were created, Lord Megatron sought out an old friend from the arena that would be a great asset to him. He proposed that Scourgewing be a powerful warrior in his ranks, and after great hesitation, she accepted.
-She would work her way up the ranks under Megatron's command as well, becoming an even more powerful and respected member of the Decepticons. She climbed up to the rank of a Lieutenant, then a few deca-cycles(months) later, she would become the Decepticon "Queen" after sort of winning the full respect--as well as the spark--of the Decepticon Warlord. Though they become sparkmates, their relationship isn't really as cuddly and cute as one usually would be. (adding this in so people won't scream and cry because they think the ship is fluffy and lovey; I know that's not how Megatron is)
-The Queen is upgraded and given new, much more royal and more imposing armor
-During her climb towards the rank of Queen, Megatron enlightened her on all the smaller details about how the war started, about Orion becoming Optimus Prime, etc.. He had already taught her about some of the bulk of Cybertron's history and the Thirteen Primes when they had become friends in the Pits. So, by the time she became Queen, she was well informed of the war and all that was needed to know of the war.
-Presently, Queen Scourgewing fights alongside Lord Megatron as his Queen, and right-hand-femme. The two of them together are a force to be reckoned with.

Design notes:
One might easily take note that Scourgewing's design doesn't look really fit for combat; that being said, on the occasion that she has to take part in combat, her armor and wings shift to become more combat suitable and flexible. Because her shoulder plates are very tall, they would become a problem and bump into her helm as well as her wings during combat; so, on command, the Queen can shift her shoulder plates so that the tall center plates of each shoulder can tilt outwards. The smaller, more squared shoulder plates shift down to give the tall plating room to tilt downward until they're laying sideways, and the squared shoulder plates raise again and slide over towards her to protect the tops of her shoulders. As for her wings, the primary, larger ones facing downward are not a problem, but the smaller ones on top can cause complications. When she enters combat, her top set of wing struts pull outward just slightly and rotate downwards, laying close to/with her primary wings.
