Ah, cool! Somebody else who owns "Game & Watch Gallery 4." I love that one, especially with all the large ammount of unlockable G&W games in it.

G&W Gallery 2 was the first one I played, (even though I didn't have a GBColor, so I had to play it in B&W) it had some pretty cool games in it, and a few cool unlockable versions of "Ball" you can get to.

Yep, you can unlock several new characters for Modern "Ball," by collecting enough stars by getting high scores.

well, the problem is the games are too repetitive and boring.

They do get a bit repetative, I admit, but the challenge & speed does increase the longer you play.
I dunno, by that standard then any "get the highest score"-based game is repetative, & boring. Meaning all arcade, puzzle, and even some fighting games.

I guess that old-school score-based genre isn't for everybody, (especially ones who grew up on more modernized games) but I miss those endless "try to get the highest score possible" type of games like Pac Man, Tetris, Balloon Fight, and stuff. I loved those as a kid.
Even nowadays, they're a nice change of pace from the "Get from point A, to point B" or "Get to the end of the game" type of games.

Plus, I like how in the G&W Gallery games, you get rewarded with more games with the high scores you get, adding incentive to getting better at the games.
(There's 20 G&W games in all in G&W Gallery 4.)

lol sorry for the long post.

Some of them are OK but it gets demeaning over time but some endless are quite fun. G&W has unlockables that are hard to accomplish

The only thing that destroys that which is the video gaming industry more than movie games is ones based of television shows. They are usually mundain, redundant, repetative wastes of video circuitry and chips.
