And now it's colored! I like Al and Scorpius in Slytherin even more now that I've colored it and can see how nicely their eye colors match the Slytherin colors. I think Al is my favorite in this picture, just for that expression, but my other favorite thing is the way Rose has to stand on tiptoe to kiss Scorpius on the cheek. I don't know why, but that just makes me happy.

Edit: I went back and added Alice Longbottom, the daughter I invented for Neville and Hannah. She's been friends with Albus and Rose since before Hogwarts, and by sixth year, she and Al will be dating. I just love the idea of a Slytherin/Hufflepuff romance to go alongside the Slytherin/Gryffindor one that is Scorpius/Rose, because both combinations are so unlikely.

This is kind of an art sequel to a fanfic I wrote a few months ago, which is about Al and Rose meeting Scorpius on the train and follows them until their Sorting (and gives you a good idea of why they all end up in those houses). I ship Rose/Scorpius so hard it's kind of stupid. The story behind this pic is basically that Scorpius did or said something that made Rose happy, so she kissed him on the cheek because she's spontaneous like that. He's had a crush on her from pretty much day one, but probably won't admit it until fourth or fifth year, and as far as she is aware, her feelings for him are very strong but of a platonic nature.
