He's got gadgets and inventions to aid The Tabbyverse Resistance and The Tabbic Protection Force. However, he's got a slight fear of C.E.O due to C.E.O's invasion on New Yoke City in the past and the fact that C.E.O killed his best friend, Prime Sonic, right in front of him. Nine will do whatever it takes to get C.E.O and his goons behind bars for good.
