Yeah so I made this character (basically an older/adult version of my persona, cOUGH) in January when I made tHIS tHing:

Chef Sam is Sammy but in an alternative universe where she's in the Cuphead universe and is also an adult + has a slight design change.
She's also somewhat of a CH self-insert character I'm so sorry lmaooo
Sam lives in Inkwell Isle 3. She went to culinary school before becoming an actual chef, where she met and became good pals with Chef Saltbaker . After she graduated, she was sent to cook at a restaurant in a far away land. Although she was pleased with her job, she felt homesick and always wondered where her best friend was. One day she was reading a newspaper article on the best chefs of the year and luckily she found Saltbaker, who worked at a restaurant in Inkwell Isle 3. Ecstatic about finding him, she traveled back to the Inkwell Isles to work with him. And so she became one of the assistant chefs in the restaurant where she works alongside Saltbaker and many other chefs.
Sam is an ambivert, so she gets along with people that she knows. At first she can be quiet whenever she meets someone new. Depending on the person and how close they get to her, she opens up to them and considers them either a good acquaintance or a good friend. Sam can also be clumsy at times, mostly when she's either stressed or nervous.
Sam has taken a liking to Saltbaker and wishes that they could be more than friends.
Personality: Mostly shy, awkward, quiet and timid around new people, but will open up once she gets to know them (depending on the person), although she can stay the same with certain people; An ambivert. Very pessimistic at times, which is one of her downsides, but she enjoys talking about things and activities she likes. Very open about her hobbies with people she is comfortable talking with. Main expressions are a small smile or grin.
