Next, this is a basic colour ref, no backstory bits in here, you can see how she is different/similar to a tiger, her back legs are the main thing, as they are formed a little bit like a gazelles

The scar over the eye
NOW
Soooo many people look at it and go TLK, i thought of doing the scar over the eye without thinking of the lion king, and i was contemplating takuing it out because people have bitched to me about it

I love the idea of the horns. They kind of remind me of Wolverine from x-men, in the idea that they're retractable. But other than that, not so much. The whole changing shape thing is a cool feature.
Odd DNA to mix, tiger and gazelle. Interesting. I doubt many people have made that combination before, haha. The tongue reminds me of Beetlejuice. xD Awesome movie. Except, ya know, no piercings in that movie. Not that I can recall anyway.

It came from my name Tabitha meaning gazelle in aramaic, i've always liked them <3
verrukt is a play on the word Verruckt in german which means 'crazy' basically its all to do with her backstory, basically she has a Wesen (which is the form chaos takes) inside her, and when the Wesen completley takes over her she is 'verrukt' C:

Oh, a gazelle-tiger mix, huh? Now thatβs an interesting combination that I donβt think Iβve seen before. And for some odd reason, I rather like her tongue. Recently Iβve been attracted to striped things, a pattern I hated previously before, and her tongue being exactly that, appeals to me. You know, it would be really fun to have a long, stripey tongue like that. Imagine what peoplesβ reactions would be if you attempted to insult them with it! Ahahaa!
I rather love the fact that your fursona is one that has a lot of freedom to it. As weβve said afore, a lot of people put restrictions on clothing and other things and have no freedom to draw their character, which is awfully boring to see the same old same old. But having a fursona that expresses YOU is what itβs all about, and Iβm glad glad glad Tabby is one like that!
My, sheβs got a beautiful design. I donβt know if Iβve ever said that before, but the purple-white-black coloration really goes strikingly well together. The different things that symbolize her attitude remind me of mood rings, you know? Only, itβs like, mood eyes or mood fur, huh? Niiice.
Wee, what a pretty character. And donβt listen to those TLK idiots. Itβs not like the whole βscar over the eyeβ is copyrighted to those movies, anyway. Thatβs like saying hats are copyrighted to Zelda, you know? Absolutely ridiculous. Just because something is well known in something doesnβt mean anyone else can have the idea. So no sirree! Dunβt you listen to them! Raxxie will eat them for you!

Well tahst because my name - Tabitha - means Gazelle in aramaicm it's also a route of Dorcas, from the Dorcas gazelle comes from, so it was only natural she was part dorcas gazelle, also all my life i have admired gazelles, loves watching documentaries on them <33
Aww so am i!! Also i'll have to next ref up her anthro form, which is really cool because the tail splits to reveal a plume of tail fluff, which then continues to become a kitty tail, the cool thing is tabby can stop the tail transformation at any point so she can have 3 different tails when she shifts to anthro ;D
Ahhh i see what you mean! I was contemplating just having fur that changes colour, when it occured to me, after watching 2 tabby cats having a face off on our lawn that, they have darker fur at the root, so when it stands on end it makes the whole coat seem darker, i thought that was a pretty neat trick of nature!

I cannot wait for the anthropomorphic reference sheet! Having a variety of tail types is a good idea. That way, if someone has trouble drawing one of them, they can draw the other instead, haha!

Yeah well.. its more spiritual than that... i really feel a close attachment to gazelles because of my name, they're my favourite animal from africa, i just feel a certain familiarity to them and closness. I have been around horses all my life, they have played a big role in my life so they are VERY special to me, my mother can 'speak' to horses, she's very cool at listening to them and finiding out exactly why they may be upset and she can help people understand them better, we're very sort of... ride with your mind riders, i think its lovley to have such a close connection to them <3
And cats, again been round them all my life i love them, i seem to share characteristics to them, i love climbing and being up high, i hate rain and water, im very good at sneaking around quietly, i have very good balance. I've thought long and hard about being a therian and i think my therian is a siberian tiger, as they live in woods and thats another thing i feel very at home in the snow and sibera is a place i feel i belong (don't ask why i don't know myself, but ever since i was little i've asked my mum wether we can go there)
And because tounges are awesome. Period.
