This is Howl!

A design I got from renhorse , originally by twilightpriincess . I had some ideas for a change in the mane, and got super carried away painting it ;v;

"(Short for Howling Gale)
Rainbow Dash and Storm King sort of have an on-again-off again relationship, and end up having Howling Gale in the process.
Howl is a butch lesbian and has control over pretty much any storm weather (Storm King's power's weren't from the staff, just enhanced/concentrated). Howl still needs to fly around and control the weather while in it, but has far greater influence on it than the average pony.
She lives in the mountains with her father, mostly because Equestria doesn't appreciate a good blizzard."

Some headcanons I made while drawing this:

She's quite petite, like Rainbow Dash, and her wings are the strongest part about her. She's not as fast as RD, but can glide for hours and hours on the updrafts of the mountain ranges.

She has crazy good eyesight, but only for things super far away ;v; When reading and walking around, she needs glasses to accommodate her farsightedness.

As a pony hybrid she is omnivorous and does occasionally chase down prey from miles up, but would be hard-pressed to eat it raw most of the time. (Yes, this means she has monkey fangs )

I would say she has horns and not antlers, as they've been growing her whole life and don't shed yearly.
