This is Elytra!
A beautiful changeling adopt I got from draconecozie !
"a rival queen to chrysalis, younger and from a different kind of changeling that have butterfly and moth wings!! in my head this type of changeling actually feeds off sadness"

I fell in love with her colors, awesome wings and fearsome eyebrows

I also added a few details to the design-
  like a back right leg that's weakened not only from the changeling deterioration, but also from some kind of creature she had an unfortunate run-in with.
  I also thought it'd be really cool if the wing 'arms' were some sort of pterodactyl long, pointy limbs that held a leathery, velvety skin that looks like moth wings!
  I tried to add some sparse carapace armor, but it wouldn't be very effective in a fight, as there's not much of it, (and it doesn't cover the wings at all). This would definitely be more of a camoflage/ambush predator

Speaking of, the eyes on her and the other sadness-changeling's wings (as well as some pheromones) can stupefy and lull weak-minded ponies into a trance, making them easy prey
I imagine the majority of this clan would be close in the wake of disasters, but haven't shown up in most of equestria in a while, seeing as the ponies have such a good grip on the weather and the changing of the seasons.
However, there are still loners that get by off of funeral services and the like- feeding off the sorrow of victims of tragedy. The entire clan would gather in the wake of the few disasters that do happen; famine, villainous takeovers, earthquakes, and other things that can't necessarily be helped with pony magic.
All other times, the sorrow changelings would haunt the outskirts and nameless countries surrounding equestria, where magical guardians are much less available. However, the changeling incident at Cadence and Shining Armor's wedding drastically upped public awareness of and protection against all changelings for a few years, but most suspicions were put to rest with the reformation of Thorax and his benevolent changeling clan (thankfully for Elytra and her kingdom, as they could now more or less continue to hunt as they had before Chrysalis' attack).
