ay it's another design I adopted
this time from Teal-Quil :
Teal doesn't say who the parents are, but I'd venture a guess she's a Luna/Discord nextgen, which I'm rolling with for my stuff (see below for my lore)*

Poison Joke is a prankster, hence her name and cutie mark. I'd like to think she spent a lot of time with Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie as a youth
She also has Scary Teeth
She challenges and invites entire cities at a time to prank her, and likes granting wishes to ponies that can legitimately surprise/scare her or make her laugh
The only thing she's not game for are pointless/tasteless "jokes" (ie. 'what's worse than a truckload of dead babies? The holocaust'), stuff that is only for shock value, not actually creative.

*My nextgen lore consists of one thing:
the discord in the canon universe never actually got with anyone (yeah I've seen the ending, it was still ambiguous to me),
BUT that doesn't mean discords in every other dimension never got with anyone
So they all shove their kids at the kidless discord whenever because chaos. Or every third friday.
thus, I have achieved peak nextgen capability- ALL the draconequi, with none of the shipping
