Name: Winifred Monroe
NickName: Freddie & Winnie.
Age: 12.
History: Winnie was born in the town that everybody and their mothers were born in : Pallet town. She was raised by
and "Oldfashion" Family. She was mainly raised by her mother, Sometimes her Uncle. Her father had died in the war a while back, A few months before she was born. So it's no biggie man. ;;
She was somewhat obedient, But as she aged, she became extremely rebellious. She was " That unique little snowflake"
Or something flaky that she used as an excuse to be a hellion. Once she turned ten, She was late to get to professOaks. He didn't really think she was mature enough to have a pokemon, so he turned her down. She was extremely upset, So she egged the old man's pad.
Her mom was all " flipping a cow and telling her how horrible and evil she was and that she hated her and blah blah"
As Winnie puts it. So Winifred Ran away, to a small town near where her uncle lived. He took care of her until she was twelve.
SOON ENOUGH, She was off causing mischief and proving just how much of a poser she was she was a distressed preteenage rebel.
One day, she had sailed off to the small island a bit far away from pallet. On the island resided a small zoo, Much like the safari zone that an old man had opened, featuring his old rare pokemon which he wanted to show to children all around.

She arrived late, when it had closed up. She angrily entered anyway, through a vent. SHe witnessed team rocket ganging up on the Old man in his workspace, Wishing to rob him of his rare pokemon. She slipped away in the exhibits, where she saw many pokemon being trapped and kidnapped. She stumbled into a kangaskhan exhibit, seeing several rockets trying to wrestle the pokemon down. She saw a baby kanga hiding under a bush, Probably the mother's child. She ran over and grabbed it, running out. She heard a gunshot behind her as she ran.

Personality: Winnie is a very confident girl, Funny, and crude. She will often show sarcastic remarks and immodest gestures. But she isn't generally rude.
