This is my interpretation of what a flag of The Republic of Commune de Paris-Dublin from Nationstates might look like based on the description.
The nation is an extremist socialist state so I thought it would be good to capitalize on that. The nation also is named Paris-Dublin so I looked at the official flags of the French Communist Party and the Communist Party of Ireland for inspiration since the socialist parties don't really have flags. That being said I really liked the FCP's flag so I thought I'd go with a basis for that. Given that Paris' flag is also that of France there wasn't anything I could incorporate that way but Dublin has it's own flag.
I borrowed the shield and castles from that and for good measure threw a star on that bad boi. Other than that I just used the wreath that a lot of communist flags have because I thought it looked nice and added some flavor to the flag's otherwise very simple icon.
