This is my interpretation of what a flag of The Republic of PANGEA ULTIMA from Nationstates might look like based on the description.

PANGEA ULTIMA is something of a wild nation. It's pretty understandable considering that it's relatively new. However, regardless of that fact, they are still a nation and they were using a base flag which constitutes making one. Their economy is in shambles and uses a communist economic structure, hence the color scheme. While stars are prevalent among communist flags, the stars actually stem from my search into countries that were poor (a lot of them like stars...) I decided to use stars because the flag looked too empty without them.

Originally I intended to use a star for the central symbol but I looked at my notes and realized I overlooked any aspect of anarchist flags, no symbols or colors used. That being said I forewent the idea and because I didn't like the anarchy color scheme, I defaulted to the icon instead. A lot of small countries also enjoyed the concept of horizontal bicolored flags which is what I chose to do here.
