The Enforcer-class light destroyer is a small warship designed primarily as a light general-purpose element in larger UFSN fleet groups.
The ship is a heavier armed variant of the Defender-class light escort destroyer, with the main difference being the heavier weapons configuration. Other than that, the ship is nearly identical to the base class. Like the Defender-class, the Enforcer-class falls on the lower end of the spectrum of what can be considered a destroyer.
Similar to the Alaris-class frigate, the Enforcer-class light destroyer is not particularly remarkable, but it offers reliability, efficiency, and universal adaptability as a light and cost-effective general-purpose combat ship.
