Description
Some exotic species of dragonett. He or she's jumping of the first meters of a cliff and in half a second or so will open his/her wings and catch the fall.I could imagine it's a tropical breed and maybe poisonous to avoid parasites.
Started as a doodle during lecture at university and didn't take too much time to color.

Gorgeous! I'm tryin to think of what the colour scheme reminds me of, is it inspired by a fruit bat of some sort? I love the anatomy of the wings

It was again a bird a photo of which was shown during lecture. I don't remember its name, the exact markings or the systematics, though.
