When I think even farther back, I guess I started drawing spaceships and robots because of Star Wars and dinosaurs because I simply loved dinosaurs eating each other. And my parents tried to raise me in a violence-free environment...

hehe, nothing like giant, razor teethed reptiles to woo a person. I remember these ooollld dino books which were written from the perspective of one species or another and were kinda graphic, yet were in my elementary school library lol. I'd love to find them again.
