Description I HATE scanners!

aside from being maimed by the damn scanner i am forced to use this is probably my finest creation, albeit not as good here because, like i said, it was f***ked up.

this is one of my later drawings on the ALIEN franchise, and it took me three days to get all the layers right.

Thanks! Yeah my gallery is practically a dark void of mediocre drawings, besides this, which took me 3 days to finish... 3 days that would have been worth it had the printer not BUTCHERED it.

Oh MY God! don't even get me started about my Printer

the dam thing as been able to stuff up almost evrey drawing i have scaned with it, RRRRRRRRRRRRRR

so then i have to spend hours on all sorts of programs to fix the pics.
all of my fist pictures were pretty much screwed by the Printer.

this is still really EPIC! though

Scanners always ruin my work too -.- Anyway, I would definitely say that this is your best peice yet. A big improvement on your other works. Don't you just love it when you can see yourself getting better? Keep up the good work

I can't draw with a tablet to save my life either I have lost my pen for it too which really doesn't help... It will improve with practice though!

hurm... well good luck with finding you pen, and i think just practicing with one's tablet not only helps tablet skills, but makes traditional stuff suprising better by a lot, oddly.

I should really try and find it again, I kinda gave up I think it helps too, maybe even more so. I think you need much better hand eye coridination to use a tablet because of using your hand on one thing and looking at another. It is really hard to get the hang of. I can trace things ok with it but if it comes to drawing free hand I am useless.

practice practic i guess, and hey, hand-eye co-oridination is actually pretty awesome if you think about it, deffinately a good brain-muscle to work on. you should, tablets are cool, albeit difficult to get the hang of.
