Just practicing some character art because I don't know the first thing about it so you know gotta practice and make some ugly stuff.
Didn't spend a long time on this either.

For practice I think it looks pretty damn good! The guy who said it had no story to tell, well I think he's just a pretentious prick because I can see a story. The character reminds me of World of Warcraft, a warlock on a journey through the dark forest for black magic. I think it looks amazing keep at it Ninja!

I usually don't have hours to pour into this stuff, just minutes really so I just try to make the best of the time I have and most importantly have fun and hopefully learn a little something.

I like your work in general, but in this i dont see the creativity and cleanliness you usually display in your work, this is just a blurry mess with an boring character you even lost the feel of distance and dimension i admire in your work, maybe try to fit in this new character-design-path your going, with your own style and make it so the picture actually tells a story, not just a dude standing around in a forest.

I don't know if you read the description above where I state I can't make characters. I know it stinks. I might never get good at it but I am certainly going to try. Took me three years to figure out landscapes and there is still more to learn there too.
