Description
First, the backstory on the picture is based on a fanfic taking place multiple years after the Race of Oban. (I'm not planning of writing it until after the series is over so I can make certain all my assumptions are correct. ) Both Evan and Aikka are partcipating in and interplanitary race (the preliminaries are on Earth) and at the current moment they both have some down time. Upon hearing that Aikka's never been to an Earth Mall before (I've decided that the Nourasians don't have Malls.) Eva drags him to the nearest one. They wind up in a picture booth (Eva's idea) which is where this picture comes in. It was originally one of four pannels, but I only liked this pannel, so I re-drew it, and Ta-Da, the picture you see before you.

As for their outfits, besides it being three years later, it's also winter, which would explain the long sleeves. I have a sequal to this picture with their enire outfits, but since it's on lined paper, I have to use the cpu to color it. >.< Which might take a while.

As for the picture itself, this is probably my favorite of all the watercolors I've done so far. It's much brighter (because I only went over it like seven times...) and the overall feel is nicer. Plus the bg rocks!
