Description
This artwork was originally meant to be a "thank you XXXX hits page artwork" but I found it a little too morbid.
I guess I'll just have to make another one that is a little less dark.
I made this one in painter and added touch-ups in photoshop.
Edits: Added details on facemask and face as suggested by demon-llama. Lightened some portions of the body... Although I think jpeg compression crapped up most of the details and darkened it...
oh well....

but could you sharpen the character's features a bit.
i feel if you made the lower part of his face a bit more detailed, it would really capture the viewer's attention..........
as the pic has that watercolor effect, the sharp features would just draw the viewer to the figure as such, and if done right it would bring a more dark n brooding vibe to this piece.........
what do you think?
or you could try it would just the blade?
i'd love to see how it turns out.
