I do not understand actually happened when Samara was alive, I saw both movies and both were very good but I do not understand is her story when she was alive ¿?

Hm...
Her birth mother (who claimed the child had no father) tried to drown her as a baby, claiming the little girl was possessed by a ghost (if I remember well? it's been a while).
Samara was then adopted by the Morgans, but Anna Morgan started having terrible visions when near the child, so her husband sent the little girl to sleep in the barn with the horses. Which only made things worse, because the horses started dying.
At some point, Samara (and possibly Anna too?) went to a mental institution to try to understand what was wrong. After they were released, they went to a place were they often went on holidays (I think?) and Anna killed her daughter by throwing her in that well.
The rest is history.

elle ne se tarit jamais!X3 il y a des moments où je la dessine moins, mais en cas de panne d'inspiration c'est elle qui me vient le plus naturellement^^
