Well, not exact evidence, but it defiantly leads to a dislike towards humans.
During your date with him, Sans tells you if he didn't make the promise with Toriel, "you would be dead where you stand" meaning "I would've killed you already."

He had no reason to dislike humans. At least we don't know about it. Maybe it's fault of one of the fallen children. Do you have any idea why he is like this?
