Nah, it's more than that, it's a different timeline because, in the timeline Asriel was before, Gaster doesn't exist, meaning that all the past from that timeline would be different than this.

Y'know, after watching Underverse, I noticed that Noah and X-Event!Chara look a lot like each other.
