I like how Frisk here had their own will of everything they did instead of the normal where everyone always believes that it was Chara who started everything and took over them. I never felt this was true, but that Frisk was the one to start that route too.

I like what you did with Chara here, because I think that's how it's supposed to be in game
Chara is fine with you doing the Pacifist route, they're not eager to kill everyone unless you start doing that yourself
and Frisk is not "taken over" and doing things against their will either

It doesn't matter how many times you've done something wrong, if finally you start regretting and feeling guilty, that's all it takes. Initiative like that shouldn't be put down and ridiculed, but accepted and encouraged. I know sometimes it's hard or even impossible to redeem yourself, but trying is all you have. Sans seems to have lost the last hope and any shred of positivity for the situation to finally change, Chara has been enjoying the ride for far too long to even think about stopping. But it's not too late for Frisk. I really hope Sans isn't going to kill Frisk in the end though.

However, it's actually pretty fucked up to just accept someone without any kind of consequences after killing MANY people... a LOT of times. I understand sans in here, doesn't matter how of chill or kind you are, after seeing someone killing all your family,friends and YOU , then reset and do it again... no one would spare Frisk if this was a little realistic except paps maybe ( but this is about •Undertale• so realistic goes out of the question) I think if I was sans I would have absorbed the human soul myself to control the timeline so Frisk doesn't reset. Obviously it IS good that he is regretting it but ,however, sparing they just like that... imagine this situation: Frisk goes to sans and tell him" hey so, I know I killed you and your brother.... at least 10 times... but I regret it! Now, after ruining your hope in this world. But you will spare me right?

Actually, the real villain was actually the player, or anyone who's played all routes of Undertale. We pushed Frisk, who pushed Chara out of the way, who learned that killing was the way the game worked.

I'm just tired of explaining that. Undertale is free to be treated as we want. I personally see it as the game where characters doesn't break the 4th wall at all. To my mind the game only looks like the player is the part of the game, while in reality Frisk has all possible "player things" like menu, saves and loads and we just play as them like in any other game. And there are many comics authors that understand and show it the same way.
And it stupid to bring up that theory about "the player is the only villain" as a fact becuase it's just a theory and nothing more.
