Description The X-15C incorporates several alterations from the X-15B [link] , including a more refined vertical stabilizer design, a sleeker body shape, and a modified VTOL landing gear system. Also improved are the twin turbojet mountings inside. While it now lacks the deployable SCRAMJet system, the removal of the high-maintenance motors to operate them has improved overall flight stability. It also allowed for a much stronger airframe, again improving the plane's performance abilities.

The X-15D is already in the research stage, and will include such further modifications as the removal of the landing gear redundancy, optimization of the rear horizontal stabilizers, redesign of the aft missile launch system and thruster assembly.

Very sleek I see you've started using lightsabers as parts for weapons too!

? ...Oh, on the wingtip missiles. Yeah, those were actually the main guns from the old AT-ST set. But I needed a way to attach them.

funny, that's how I started using lightsabres like that too I needed to make a missile that attached to a fighter, so that's what I used (well, that and megaphones)

I've got a few other methods too, but they're not as good. How do you use the megaphones? (I call 'em blasters. )

you can see my missile design using the megaphone- that's what we call it - here: [link] this design usually works out better for mounting missiles under a wing, such as on my interceptor (the upside-down one): [link]

bad reference is bad

Lol, That works, I guess. ..Only problem for me is that it makes for an asymmetrical missile.

I don't mean to correct you on everything you think you know, but... I don't know where I was going with that. Here: [link] You can't really see, but I used those 1x2 bricks with two of the round technic pegs on one side, and made the missiles with 1x1 round bricks, so they fit.

I've done that too (such as on my dust speck fighter), but I find it hard to attach missiles to the bottom of a wing without a sponson or something hanging off the wing, and I generally like winds without things hanging off them- hence the blasterphones

Yeah, I do prefer to keep wings with a wing-like profile..
