Well I was origanly asking for the ones in the dock, but I am wondering where you got the other ones

The smileys come from David Lanham website (you'll find it Google no problem). The folder icon comes from the Amana suite by naalo.
for the dock, I use a soft named Dragthing which mimic a dock (and add other functionality). So there are not icons
