The other two are the Redstone (far left) and Atlas rockets, both former ICBMs used to launch the Mercury and Gemini spacecraft into orbit (Atlas excusively for Gemini.)

Sorry but the rocket on the far left is an Atlas with a Mercury capsule. The rocket next to it is a Titan II with a Gemini.
Mercury did fly on Redstone but only for suborbital missions. Atlas was used for orbital missions.
Gemini only flew on Titan II.
