I just download DAZ Studio 4.7 for free from their website, but it says that I can't use it because I need OpenGL 1.3

Well, actually yes, this mod replaces Leon. and you can also play the mercenaries mode with it (you can also play with the costumes).

first download the mod, to which I let a removable file.

that file, there are two folders: "xfile" (appearance) and "ogg" (sounds).

copies in the folder where you installed the game, ie (local disk C:/ Program Files / CAPCOM / Resident Evil 4) and ready.
