I actually remember the baby faced sun being rather cute when I was a little one. Though, in retrospect, the Teletubbies themselves are much freakier looking to me than I remembered.

I think the key word is "when I was a little one". Funny how these things only seem strange when you look back on them years later. I never found the show scary, just weird.

To be honest, I still think the baby-faced sun is adorable, though that doesn't really say much compared to how weird everything else in that show is to me.
