This is finally finished. I wanted to try my luck again on PS CS and this is the final results from working on this for 2 days. I just love Roserade's cape as well. Now some info about this lady.Like I said before, she was a Roselia when I first caught her. We bumped heads at the trophy garden. Her nature is

Since the first time I saw Roserade, I thought they had a cape kinda like Batman. I guess I was kinda wrong lol.

I must say, it looks really good.
You got better in coloring.
But the shadings do not fit that much, I guess. The cast shadow is behind Roserade but the shadings on her legs are on the other side.
But, I guess it is not that bad. I have those problems with shadows, too and I have many to learn.
I like the way, she stands there. It is like being a star. Only the paparazzi are missing.
I like the cape of Roserade, too. I guess, Roserade are supposed to be some kind of heroine. That cape and that mask-like face are the hints, which let me think that way.

Y'know as I was taking a gander at the shadow on Roserade, I started to think that maybe I should've placed the shadow a little on the right in a little slant or something.
It's pretty funny that you mentioned that she looks like a star posing for the missing paparazzi.
I liked the cape as well, but I'd figure that's how they all looked until I saw an episode involving Roserade. I think it was the one when Roserade was like a superhero with his master's scarf as a mask and cape. It was an interesting episode in my opinion... oh yeah, your critique.

I think, it is the right way to take time for commenting a picture, because then you can see the effort and the intentions of the artist (or you can guess the intention).
Furthermore, I have the time to take it for commenting, because I do not watch so many people for who I would have to care.
