I think I very much prefer this design of the entity,it fits more the whole "masks" aesthetic that actor Mark seems to be linked with
However I decided to kept some features of it's previous design,such as the vaguely-smokey-like tentacles close to it's head,the black eyes on it,and the red jaw thingy,even if this time,it pops out from it's throat instead
People often theorized that originally,Mark did not intended to kill Celine and Damien at first (I believe the latter making more sence) but since when did you actually trusted demons to not back stab you?
So with some convicing and manipulation from that demon/entity,I guess Mark ended up thinking like..yeah,that seems about right. (Even if he didn't managed to kill William,which would be a shame for him)
