*Updated 10/7/16 with another cut-n-paste recolor from the upcoming V-Cinema*Let's......henshin!
This is the second rider (kinda/sorta) from Kamen Rider Drive's TV run. Yea, there are a couple other riders which appeared before Mach in movies/specials, but Mach is our traditional 'second rider'.
Oddly enough, Mach has a roll call: "Tracking. Eradicating. I'm always at mach speed! Kamen Rider...Mach!"
Mach started out all showy and daredevil-y, but his really changed and swung from bad to good and douchey to not quite douchey. He arguably had better character motives and development than the lead. The white suit and motorcycle theme have always kinda reminded me of Evel Knievel. His suit is pretty busy, and it may have looked better being symmetrical, but it's not a godawful design. What's more, I don't like the weird object on his right arm, whatever the heck that thing is supposed to be.
The weapon off to the right is his gun, the Zenrin Shooter. Given the new Mach/Chaser cut-n-paste form, it could very well be possible Mach may have access to Chaser's weaponry, but we'll see. I kinda expect this will be a one-off form given the state of the signal bike.

Mach Chaser is recolor of Chaser Mach, only that the helmet has Chaser's eyes for the upcoming Drive Saga Mach.

The "weird object" on Mach's right arm that you are referring to is the Signal Kourin.

His right arm with gun in hand is suppose to take the shape of a motercycle. The gun being the front, the forearm being the seat, and the shoulder is the back wheel.

I haven't really watched drive since episode 4 so i don't know much about his character but i really love the suit. In my opinion it's the most traditional kamen rider looking suit since before wizard and gaim when the suits started looking different.

Like has the bug eyes and the antenna and isn't covered in tons of bulky looking armour. I think the scarf also greatly helps with Mach.

He's got a good bit of bulky armor. He also has a lot of nonsenical lines meant to evoke a motorcycle suit. Maybe if he didn't have all the lines running down his legs, stomach, and arms, I could see it as more 'classic rider', but not his actual design.

I also think his design reminds me a lot of the Cyclone, which is maybe why I think he kinda looks traditional-rider-y.

His wheel thing on his shoulder is all just meant to be a bike joke.
It's called the Signal Kourin (Back wheel) and his gun is the Zenrin Shooter (Front wheel) which he holds on the same hand, which plays on to the bike theme as his right arm is made differently to resemble a bike.

On the action figures it's a little more prominent, but liberties have to be taken just to make it work

Mach's design has really grown on me over his course in the show. I love the colors used for him (though I wished he had a little less white and a little more blue), I love his belt, and I love that little...flippy gimmick his mask has. Overall, it's a really nice Rider Design.
Also: This took me awhile to figure out, but his entire right arm is meant to be a motorcycle (the wheel on his shoulder being the back tire, his gun being the front tire, and that hing on his arm being...the rest of it). Which is actually a cool little design quark, and helps (in my opinion) to justify the tire on his shoulder.
But yeah, you did a great job on this guy Taiko. Can't wait to see you tackle the other Drive Suits (even the god awful Type Formula).

That is a neat little design for the arm, but the forearm's gauntlet still doesn't scream 'bike midsection' to me, in any pic/view I've seen of it. I do agree with you in wanting a bit more blue, that would've been nice.
