**Updated 6/5/16 with Deep Specter**

This guy is Kamen Rider Specter, the second rider from Ghost. He's got a Transient (base/pre) Form, his Specter Damashii with hood up, lights on in the dark ver., and Specter Damashii with hood down in full view. And there's also his terribly ugly power up Deep Specter.

He shares a lot of basic design similarities with Ghost, like the bulky armor and jacket, but has enough differences beyond color that make him unique. First of which are the EKG/hearbeat lines throughout his design, those are awesome. And to go along with that, his jacket's lapels are jagged rather than rounded like Ghost's. Specter also has two horns and a mean-looking oni face. Gotta say, the electric blue lights and neon-ish chest eye look really cool in the pseudo-lit version.

On the bottom are Specter's various damashii forms in the show so far. From left to right:
Edison, Tutankhamun, Nobunaga, Houdini, Necrom (a puppet so to speak, but still a cool idea), and Pythagoras.

Per usual, no civilian forms or weapons for non-title riders. But, given my luck the last few years, Ghost will probably end up using Specter's weapons later on anyway. Time will tell. This pic will be updated in the future with other forms and weapons when there are clear and detailed images and when I've got the time. Please don't annoy me about updating this.
