¿¡Say what!?In a recent-ish trailer of Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger's return movie, there's a brief glimpse of an indigo-ish recolored Zyuoh Eagle. Is this a new character? A dream of Perle? A recolor for Yamato/Zyuoh Eagle? Who the hell knows right now? In all honesty, it could just be a recolor done in post-production.
Until such a time that the movie is out, it's fun to just see they made *some* effort into giving Cube Condor a ranger. It's not at all how I would've gone about it, but fine. I would've given the design more gold, and redesigned the bird face, but hey, now I don't have to! This is actually the exact reason why I haven't designed any "extra Zyuohgers" yet, because I learned my lesson from the last few years to wait til the returns special comes out to mess around.
Once I've seen the movie and know what the deal is with this suit, it's not really going in any group pics. It's gonna be by itself for a long while until I know where it belongs. And it is much more 'indigo' than violet or navy. Basically, a happy medium between the two, further complicating where it'd be placed. Cube Mogura is violet (or Sentai's coloration of violet), Cube Condor is a more indigo-ish color.

I may be in the minority but I like this guy a bit. I'm a sucker for purple Sentai Rangers and he's a recolor of my favorite suit from Zyuohger, so I like him. Even if he wasn't a recolor, he would have been either a great suit, or he would have sucked. But I think that the reason why there we're so many recolors of Zyuoh Eagle was because Toei spend all their budget for Ghost on his forms early, so they took some money from Zyuohger.

Why does Bandai and Toei always still do these V-Cinema exclusive-rangers that are just repaints? I don't understand. First Green Hippopotamus, then Kyoryu Navy, then ToQ-7gou, then MidoNinger, and now this. I really didn't see the significance of any of them.

I know when Zyuohger gets another V-Cinema maybe there will be Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger: 10 Years After, maybe Yamato's son will become Zyuoh Condor, hopefully in the future

I guess this new Zyuohger could've been made to look similar to the condor in the summer movie that came out last year but it was unfortunate that toei couldn't add the navy Zyuohger in the summer movie it would be cool to see but now seeing Zyuoh Condor in the recent trailer I'm starting to wonder if he'll be the condor Zyuman since Cube Condor is Perle's mecha. Wow. I was not expecting a Returns Special ranger for Zyuohger due to all the Champion's symbols being accounted for. But I must say I am happy. The first indigo ranger. That is something special. As usual you did a good job on this.

Right, which is why it's kinda confusing what this suit's deal is. I'm leaning to Perle/the condor Zyuman's daydreaming about joining the team. In the trailer, it kinda does look colored in post-production. I don't think it'll be an actual suit, but I'm happy to be wrong.

1st off, it is a v-Cinema. Those have VERY small budgets. Second, Ninninger made VERY little in terms of profit so ZyuOhger ran off very little from last year's toy sales. ZyuOhger, on the other hand, gave them a lot of money so Kyuranger got the budget it needed and more

The thing is Ninninger was just about as bad or worse with recolors (3 reds with different sashes, and female green).
