I have thought for a while that Rainbow would be the one to give Spike his first drink of hard cider. Whether or not if that's a good idea to do while also bring drunk off her tail her mileage may vary.Related content

Rainbow: "Okay it may be...a little heaver drink then what's normally around here."
Spike: "Heavier? How much ar....." the drake wobbles, unable to focus his eyes.
Rainbow: "Kind of like........." HICK "Ya can't really do much afterrrrrr."

Spike struggles to get up: "I....think that was too....HICK.....what where we doing again?"
Rainbow squints and runs her chin then looks at her bottle.
Rainbow: "I think....I was going to give you your first drink....but I brought an empty bottle."

Rainbow: "That's sounds right," The cyan mare turns and see a sign. "Hey that's the entrance sign right there, how'd I miss that."
Meanwhile in the barn.
Applejack: "Hey Rainbow ye in here? I got the rest of your order here. Ah just want to say wait till ya get home to drink it, Ah don want you to be passed out in a barrel agai-" The farmer inters room with quite a few empty bottles. "Heavens to Betsy, Big-Mac! Check the barrels Rainbow is drunk off her britches!"
Big-Mac from inside the farm house: "Again?"
Applejack: "Yes again! Ah going to check the basement and storage!"

Apple Bloom:"Hey, have ya seen Spike?"

Apple Bloom: "Ah asked him to be here for when Rainbow ges here. She ordered a lot and ah figure that Spike can help her. Since he can fly and all."
Applejack: "Well once he gets here tell him that we are looking for Rainbow."
Apple Bloom: "Barrels again?"

Big Mac says as he check the barrels
Applejack:"I hope she didn't get to far."
Apple Bloom:"With how fast she is she could in Canterlot by now."

Applejack: "She is more than likely going to be stuck in a tree again than that......AH NA! Mac check the east I'll go west. Apple Bloom get the medical kit we might have to nurse her."
Apple Bloom: "This is the partly last summer all over again."
The three runs out of the room, getting what they need runs out of the farm house. Ten minuts goes by and the two in ques come through the door.
Rainbow: "HEY APPLEJACK! You got my order ready? I need to give Spike here his drink so I can get him to be my new drinking buddy."

Rainbow:"Then how will I get my order!"
Spike:"I dunno, what did you order?"
Rainbow:"I'm too drunk to remember anything like that. Wait, why were we here?"
Spike:"I dunno, what to do ponies do in barns?"

Rainbow grinds the gears: "uh.....nap in the hay stack?"
Spike:"you nap every where."
Rainbow: "Well...drinking in the barn is what I was doing a while ago."

Spike:"So what do we do here?"

The two stares at a stwck of hay.

Spike:"Well it would be messy if we undid the stacks."

Meanwhile
Applejack: "I haven't seen anything in the trees yet. Big Mac Please tell me there's nothin in the fields."

Meanwhile two dunks are having fun fun in hay
Spike: "AHAHAHAHAHAH! Rolling in hay is fun."
Rainbow: "See, I told ya!"

Spike: "Oh, then who got you?"
Rainbow: "You do silly."
Spike: "...........I think that works."

Rainbow: "Well, baking is a bad idea for one. Now, LETS DRINK UP!"
Several hours later
Applejack: "There is no sigh of any of them! Big Mac please tell me you found at least somethin? Twilight is not going to be happy knowing that her dragon was drinking with out adult supervision."
Apple Bloom: "Rainbow is an adult."
Applejack: "Responsible adult supervision."

They travel to the barn
