These are Fuhsia's,
And they were my favourtie flowers when I was a kid, my dad used to grow them in his garden, I used to imagine them being ballerina's,

Yes I believe it was a bush of some kind. It was in a greenhouse so it would have been a small bush.

The problem with photographing in a greenhouse like I did with this one and the tiny orchids one is they put something on the outside glass to diffuse and soften the light so you really can't get as sharp an image as you might want but then flowers should have soft lighting. It also softens the colors but I guess that is good also.

Yeah, I've only been in a greenhouse a few times, but I can understand what you mean. Sometimes, if the light is real bright, it makes the flower's color seem a little too harsh for my tastes.

It looks similar to Bi-Color Cantabrica ... but the shape is different. I am not sure what it is, but I have seen that before. It is really pretty.

You should ask or look at the tag ... Then you can post the title of it. They sort of remind me of Bleeding Hearts in bloom, but the leaves are different.

Thanks Lea I really enjoyed taking pictures in this greenhouse. Lighting was so soft and natural it would be hard to not take good images of them.

I didn't know you took them in a lighthouse. I love that soft aspect to flowers. :creativemikey: uses filters in Photoshop and makes such beautiful creations.
