Description
My first digital camera WOW couldn't wait to get to the store and spend over a grand for it LOL it had a 2meg memory card good for 10 shots but no problem the batteries would only last for 10 shots unless I used the flash LOL 3mgpxl the image was less than 1/3 of a DX camera but wow one of the very first digitals and my very own. LOL Just wanted to share I didn't clean it up was sitting on the top shelf getting dirty but thought I need to shoot it anyway. Second digital was a Minolta 5mgpxl cam. LOL I need to clean them both up and take lots of shots so I can keep them remembered.Related content

I think I still have a few 2 and 4 meg memory cards ...wow seems like just yesterday! My first digital camera was a Kodak ZD10, probably almost 15 years ago. It was a great camera that really revved up my photography hobby. Making the leap from film to digital was an amazing time in the history of shooting.

It really is interesting to hear others stories and to look back in the history of cameras over so many years.

My first camera was a Polaroid 'Swinger'. Bet no one remembers those! It did however start a life long love affair with cameras and photography. I worked my way through the various Kodak models, and finally graduated to a Minolta SLR which I spent a good deal of money on for lenses. I currently own a Nikon D3200.....which is proving to be my most favorite camera ever.

I had the Olympus c-2100 uz. It would overheat and you had to turn it off and let it cool down.

Before this cam I was using Nikon F and FT, Hasselblad and a 4x5 view camera LOL I can't believe I spent a grand on it back in 1997. Of course I kept and used my Nikons till I bought my first D90.
