They have a wonderful smell, I planted this bush 10 years ago and each year it blooms twice, it will bloom again in the fall!

I have to watch carefully. The neighborhood kids will swipe them to give to their mothers on mothers day LOLΒ  I really don't mind that the do.

Actually that tree sheds it's bark routinely so I don't think the squirrels are causing any real damage.

I didn't know they did that..shed the bark.
I was talking about the children taking flowers for mothers day but wow, that shrub has alot to content with if the squirrels like it too?

Somewhere back in my gallery there is a shot or 2 of the remains as it shed the bark. This really is the first time to see one eating bark, usually they eat the lichen off the branches.
