Looks like Nevah has gotten the 'PKMNBBV''Pokemon Bloated Blimp Virus'
When a Pokemon has this, their body will start to inflate with air. If left untreated, they will keep bloating to max size, which makes them look like a large, round balloon, which must be treated at the Pokemon Center for deflation.
Looks like Nevah is max sized. She needed to be tied down so she won't float away. Better get her deflated soon.
