I saw that drawing and listened to the song and truthfully went nuts and spazzed out with a TON of drawing ideas (and songfic ideas too) and I had been wanting to draw a pic of Mockingjay
I thought the song fit PERFECT. I felt that it fit what bits of Mockingjay's past and personality I have in my head that I have yet to type out and also, in some ways, myself. I love how Mockingjay's pose turned out. I also managed to show the feathers on her tail somewhat. I still need to make a ref with that on it.....if someone even wanted to draw her, that is
and then again...I'd even use it XDThe color overlay on her was hard though, because it came out looking really desaturated a lot of the time and because of her more grayscale colors, it made it harder. But I managed to get it right
Now...to do homework that I should've done Friday or yesterday.
