He has a way to beat the Crystal Heart, using nothing more than unexplained magic jargon.
...
I didn't want to jump to conclusions but this has hit unquestionable levels of Marty Stu. I'll be getting off this train now. Good luck buddy.

if he was a mary sue he would be super strong/untouchable/immortal...he is none of those, just smart. The Cornious stone amplifies magic, as explained in the beginning of the story. So he made the crystal hearts power stronger, in order to make the ponies using it into full crystal, instead of the usual half transformation...it's not unexplained, you just failed to follow, clearly just out to see the bad side from page 1.

No. A Mary Sue (or Marty Stu as your character is male) is not defined by being 'super strong/untouchable/immortal'. The girl from 'My Immortal' has none of those, and yet she is a massive Mary Sue. What defines a Sue is being better than everyone else is the story. Let's examine this. Conductor is capable of building a robot that is 'more powerful than Celestia', somehow knows the location of the mirror pond, is capable of using alicorn-level magic despite being an earth pony, can fight both of the royal sisters at once, has weather control despite not being a pegasus, and to top it off can break the power of the Crystal Heart. Your OC is performing Discord level feats, and is always two steps ahead of everyone else. He is a Marty Stu, case closed.
Also, that explanation for his beating the Chrystal Heart makes no sense. For the sake of argument let's assume the Cornious Stone can even affect an artifact that runs on positive emotions. That still leaves two major points unexplained: A) Why the ponies would turn into full crystal. Thus far we have seen nothing to indicate that the crystal ponies are actually made of crystal their interesting appearance aside. And even if they were, the spell only turned the Mane Six into crystal ponies while leaving those who were already crystal ponies alone. This obviously means it's a 'transform into crystal pony' spell. If it was merely 'Crystal-fy' then the already Crystal ponies would have been affected, and they obviously weren't.
Let's say, once more for the sake of argument, that the spell actually does work as you suggest. That still leaves a far more confusing problem. B) What happened to the giant evil expelling power from the Crystal Heart? If the Cornious Stone enhanced the magic of the Crystal Heart, then where did its power go? Y'know, the whole purpose they were using it for in the first place. You can't claim that the ponies becoming crystal disrupted it somehow because the transformation effect was simultaneous to the blast.
I am also curious about your assertion that I am "clearly just out to see the bad side from page 1." The only other comment I have left on this story is on page 13 and it starts, "This is entertaining,". Your ability to deduce my frame of mind when entering this from only two comment well into the story is astounding. I normally enjoy your conductor comics as he is a goofy inventor who gets into wacky hi-jinks. I gave this story a fair shake, you've just written something far below your usual level of quality.

Conductor hangs around twilight a lot and has a good scientific knowledge. So finding the mirror pool could easily be explained by saying, he spoke to Pinkie, or he got Twilight to give it away on an apple cider drinking spree. As for the magic, to be honest the only magic he has performed thus far is, laser beams, and a 'snow' storm using his scientific knowledge, that's pretty much it. The crystallization was done by the crystal heart. As for fighting Celestia and Luna... you may also note, he didn't actually fight them, just freaked them out and dodged attacks, before being blasted into the empire.
As for being like Discord, Conductor is naturally crazy, but now he's just totally lost it. Discord is also known for making chaos physical, conductor is just crazy. That's like saying a person with A.D.D is copying someone else with A.D.D. You can't copy mental insanity, it's just part of some people.
You could argue also that the crystal heart blast was corrupted when Celestia called it off. The ponies began to turn, but the power of unification needed for the expulsion blast was lost in the panic, as the ponies lost their faith. However the crystallization continued, because the Corneous stone was forcing it to when amplifying the magic, crystallization being a natural part of the process anyway. Thus turning the crystal look to a physical thing.
You're just trying to look at things to black and white. You'll find you enjoy things a lot more when you view them with a less critical eye and stop trying to explain everything that goes on with pure logic. Conductor is born of crazy and doing what seems impossible. Plus It has been proven, that in a world of magical, candy colored, talking ponies, anything is possible, so just roll with it.

You make a good point about the mirror pond. I retract that statement. The rest, not so much so.
You seem to forget that his 'only' magic consists of the following. A) A laser beam capable of canceling the blasts from two of the most powerful creatures in that world. He is equal to the combined magic of the ponies that control the sun and moon. B) Creating a snow storm that covers an unknown number of square miles, but given that it reached Twilight and Assistant it is not a small area. C) Levitation powerful enough to fly rings around the Royal Sisters, who have hundreds of years of experience in flying. D) A lightning blast powerful enough that Luna must dodge. E) He is somehow capable of interacting magically with the Crystal Heart, using the Cornious stone to amplify its power. Those would be enough to justify calling a unicorn a Marty Stu, and Conductor is an earth pony. He is not even using some mechanical means to channel this energy, he is apparently able to do it "just because".
Scientific knowledge? I'm genuinely curious, how does that justify anything? I'm not criticizing his intellect, I'm referring to the impossible feats of power he is performing. Forget knowledge, where does he get the energy for this, and how is he capable of controlling it? He has had only 'a few months' to practice his ad-hoc magic, yet he is capable of both channeling and controlling more power than the Royal sisters. Despite also spending that time building a robot alicorn that is 'stronger than Celestia'.
I was not referring to Discord's personality; I was referring to the level of power Conductor displayed. Discord is the strongest creature in the show, and yet somehow, Conductor is playing up there on his level.
You only address the B) half of the Crystal Heart problem, ignoring the points I made in A). However, your reply is hardly a refutation. The Crystal Heart was 'corrupted when Celestia called it off.'? How? Cadance says in literally the next panel, 'It's too late, etc'. Celestia was not in time to call it off quite evidently. Also, the 'crystallization being a natural part of the process'? You mean, the process that lets out a giant blast of energy? That somehow doesn't happen for no reason. If the Cornious stone is amplifying the Crystal Heart's magic beyond that which Cadence can stop, why is it only enhancing the 'crystallization'(i.e. that part that is convenient for Conductor)? None of which explains why you believe the processes are separate anyway when they are clearly shown to be simultaneous.
'You'll find you enjoy things a lot more when you view them with a less critical eye and stop trying to explain everything that goes on with pure logic.' You're absolutely right, and typically that is how I view things. However, I made the point that the Conductor had become a massive Marty Stu in this story, and you attempted to refute it. Thus, I brought in Logic and Reason to deconstruct everything and point out why I was correct.
It is less a case of what you did than why you did it. Everything I have complained about are ways in which logic, or canon, has been discarded to make the story bend to Conductor's will. He faces zero obstacles in his rise to power and as this page shows, nobody is capable of stopping him. Celestia must beg him to stop before even a dent is made in his armor. Then, if I may make a prediction, it is only a matter of time until Conductor wins yet again; this time freeing himself from the dark force that controls him.
Here's a good way to tell if your OC is a Mary Sue. A) Is he/she the main character. B) Can he/she beat/outmaneuver both Royal Sisters at once in a fight? If you answered yes to both, then congratulations, your character is a Mary Sue.
I'm not trying to be mean. I understand the temptation to make "the coolest character ever, who can do anything!". Anyone who creates any form of story faces that temptation. The problem is you gave into it and don't want to admit it. You made a mistake. Either we're done, or you can try to refute it and I continue to use cold logic to prove my point.

Again I state the stone amplifies magic, so he's using the magic source, plus the power of the stone, without it he'd be average or weaker. Also he didn't beat the royal sisters, they beat themselves and he dodged, anime has proven that anyone can dodge a lazer beam XP....I don't see the mary w/e ur referring to here, seen as none if it is done by him naturally, he has aid.
Plus your prediction is wrong and I know what i'm doing XP. It's called making a strong villain, so he doesn't die in 3 seconds with some lazy 'the royal sisters' come to save the day, sugar and rainbows all around plot.
But, Oh well everyone else is enjoying it, can't please everyone I guess.

'Oh well everyone else is enjoying it,' and yet you can't refute a single one of my points.
Thus far only seven people have positively commented on this page. However, even assuming significant variation in those commenting on other pages and a still larger silent majority, that still means nothing. Keep in mind plenty of people enjoyed the 'Twilight Saga'. That doesn't make it good.
Yes, the stone amplifies magic. So what. An amp amplifies a guitar, but that doesn't mean it has carte blanche to do anything related to sound. You never explain a tenth of the things that occur, none of which make sense.
Also, a strong villain is different from a broken one. The former is cleverly written and presents a creditable, but beatable, threat to the heroes. A broken villain has no weakness, is always two steps ahead of the heroes, doesn't follow the established physical/magical laws of the setting and is defeated only by Dues ex Machina.
Characters are defined not by their powers, but their limits. The limits on a character is what makes them interesting, and you have removed any limit on Conductor. That has made him into an over-powered, uninteresting antagonist.

I've countered everyone of your points, i'm just got bored of this whole issue. Conductor has already displayed one weakness and there is another that will soon make it's self apparent. Besides perhaps it's fun to route for a villains success for once, rather than having them dumbed down so that they can be defeated with ease by the hero's.

Every one? You haven't refuted a single one! Don't give blanket statements and pretend they work, actually deal with the logic I have presented.
'Besides perhaps it's fun to route for a villains success for once,' well of course. He's your perfect OC. Why wouldn't anyone root for him?

Sigh. I tried to educate, but the stupidity was too strong in this one.
Very well, I'll leave you to your poorly written nonsense. Anytime you want to learn how to write well, send me a message.
